Fabien Galthié has made eight changes to his starting XV to play Wales and it includes the return of captain Gregory Alldritt.

Alldritt missed France’s game against Italy with injury but he comes straight back into the starting squad.

Also in the forwards, there is a change at hooker with Julian Marchand starting. There is a completely new lock pairing in Thibaud Flament and Emmanuel Meafou while François Cros starts in the back row.

In the backs, Léo Barré starts at full-back with Thomas Ramos and Matthieu Jalibert drops out of the matchday squad. Nicolas Depoortère comes in at centre for the banned Jonathan Danty and Nolann Le Garrec starts at scrum-half.
