Tata Groups’ foray into Assam as Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma performed the ‘Bhumi Pujan’ ceremony of the Tata semiconductor assembly and test facility in Assam’s Morigaon district on Saturday.

The ceremony happened in the presence of the water resource minister of Assam, Pijush Hazarika, and Chairman of Tata Group, N Chandrasekharan.
