England and Wales face off in a Battle of Britain Six Nations clash this afternoon.

Steve Borthwick‘s side edged Italy in Rome 27-24 last weekend to secure their first win in the opening game of the tournament since 2019.

The Red Rose maintained their perfect record against the Azzurri despite being outscored on tries.

Wales will be bidding to build upon their stunning comeback against Scotland that ultimately yielded a 27-26 defeat.

Warren Gatland‘s men are now aiming to secure a first win at Twickenham in the Six Nations since 2012.

England vs Wales: Date and how to follow

This Six Nations clash will take place on Saturday, February 10.

The match at England’s home of Twickenham kicks off at 4.45pm.

It will be broadcast live on ITV from 4pm.

England have named an unchanged side to start against Wales at Twickenham.

In the one change to the squad from the win in Italy, vice-captain Ellis Genge returns to the bench following an injury.

England: Steward; Freeman, Slade, Dingwall, Daly, Ford, Mitchell, Marler, George (capt), Stuart, Itoje, Chessum, Roots, Underhill, Earl.

Replacements: Dan, Genge, Cole, Coles, Cunningham-South, Care, F Smith, Feyi-Waboso.

As for Wales, George North returns from injury as one of seven changes to the team beaten by Scotland.

Wales: Winnett, Dyer, North, Tompkins, Adams, Lloyd, Williams, G Thomas, Dee, Assiratti, Jenkins (capt), Beard, Mann, Reffell, Wainwright.

Replacements: Elias, Domachowski, Griffin, Rowlands, Basham, Hardy, Evans, Grady.

England fly-half George Ford said: “Winning the first game is huge.

“You always want to start this tournament with a win because it gives you a bit of momentum and confidence.

“We understand it’s going to be a tough day – it always is against Wales – but we’re really excited to keep on getting better.

“There has been a mindset shift in defence and attack that is really enjoyable to be a part of.”
