George North has been recalled to Wales’ midfield for what will be his final international after Warren Gatland named his side for the round five clash with Italy. Nick Tompkins is also back in the Wales Six Nations squad, after the experienced duo were dropped for Sunday’s defeat to France.
Captain Dafydd Jenkins returns to the second row with Alex Mann promoted from the bench to No 6 while Will Rowlands returns to the replacements. Dillon Lewis gets his first start of the championship at tighthead.
